CAC recognizes employees in their retirement, after 20 years of service

The Consorcio Azucarero Central (CAC) honored Mr. Víctor Encarnación and Mr.Robín Méndez, who served as Dispatch supervisors, on the occasion of their retirement from the company. Their colleagues and the area coordinators wanted to pay them tribute for their 20 years of service, giving them recognition plaques for the great work done throughout this time. 

Mr. Encarnación started at the CAC on February 9, 2000, and in his plaque the company highlighted, the support, effort and collaboration in the fulfillment of his duties during the time he was part of this family, demonstrating honesty and commitment.

Similarly, Mr. Méndez, who since March 26, 2000 was part of the company, was recognized for being an example of honesty, integrity and teamwork, he always maintained a firm commitment to the organization, being a dedicated and tireless contributor.

The awards were delivered by Virgilio Pérez-Bernal, Human Resources manager in the company of Lidia Herrera, Superintendent of Human Management. In addition, Kelvin Henríquez, Administrative Superintendent; René Archila, Purchasing coordinator; as well as Johnny Medrano, who is the coordinator of Warehouses, where the honorees worked.

Along with Mr. Méndez and Mr. Encarnación there was their families in this emotional moment, where they both left through the front door of the company. His colleagues from work for reasons of distance could not attend, but they profess esteem and affection.

In their words, the honorees agreed in their gratitude to God, they also showed gratitude for the treatment of their immediate supervisors and the support received from each of them. They also expressed the satisfaction of having worked in the CAC and having been part of the largest company in the South Region.
